We use An Post for nationwide deliveries, which are usually dispatched same day and arrive within 1-2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday.
We aim to repair devices within 24-48 hours, however some repairs can take longer. Phones, Cases and accessories are dispatched within 24 hours after your payment has been received.
For those that choose registered delivery we will provide your An Post tracking number as soon as your parcel has been shipped. An Post online track & trace has the latest information on your parcel. Tracking is updated throughout the day when An Post scan your parcel, as it moves through their network.
Any Damages/Breakages must be reported to our online store within 24 hours of delivery.
We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the Republic of Ireland or to islands surrounding the coast of Ireland.
